4. Service-Specific Agreements

Certain services, including, but not limited to:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Window Tint

  • Vinyl Wraps

  • Paint Correction

  • Hail Damage Repair

require a separate signed service agreement and/or waiver prior to work being performed.

Those documents outline detailed risks, limitations, warranty terms, and customer responsibilities specific to each service.


5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits may be required to secure appointments. Deposit policies are outlined at the time of booking.

Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro-Tech Auto Shield shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Previously repainted or improperly repaired panels

  • Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to services performed

  • Personal belongings left inside vehicles

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed.


7. Warranty Disclaimer

Any applicable manufacturer warranties apply to products installed.

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are governed by separate service agreements signed at the time of service.

Normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, improper maintenance, and impact damage are not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
